Testimonials from
real customers...

This is crazy to look at (sorry, I'm a horrible selfie taker). I'm an associate who knew I had to get real with myself. I knew I had the best products out there, but who is going to listen to me if I didn't represent them and take care of myself? I also had a really horrible food addiction that had taken hold of me like nothing I could have imagined.

I did this transformation in 2015. I had a MyStory goal of losing 30 lbs by Revolution in September and I actually lost 70 lbs by then! I'm now at 100 lbs lost and working hard in the gym every day, remaining immersed in personal development, surrounding myself by great people and believing in myself.

I use Pre & Post Workout, the Shake is my breakfast, IDNutrition & I absolutely LOVE the Appetite Chews for the afternoon. Great product that's a chocolate fix with the added benefit of FOCUS!

I also had terrible rosacea for years that was almost at the ocular stage. It's gone now and the only thing I did different was start IDNutrition. I remember the assessment asking me about rosacea and I had to laugh thinking that nothing would ever help me. Getting rid of that horrible condition was such a wonderful benefit! I thought I'd have it for the rest of my life. It made me so self conscious and miserable.

2016 is all about performance, adding muscle and becoming the best IDLife Associate and Health & Wellness coach out there so I can help others realize their full potential. Eating less and exercising more is great, but you need a support system and products to support your body as you work hard. I love what I get from IDLife and all the associates I have met along the way. They keep me real and focused on my goals.

If you have weight to lose, use these pics as a reminder that with a healthy mindset, great products to support your efforts and great people, you CAN do it! I'm 50 years old this year and in the best shape I've been in for years. If I could show you how it feels to be in a body that's 100 lbs lighter, I'd do it. Just know it's worth ALL the effort! Have a great day and thanks for reading this LONG post!

I began ID life right after I had my first daughter. Prior to my pregnancy I was slightly overweight and I was dealing with complications from an immune deficiency called Sjogren's disease which causes fatigue muscle stiffness and muscle pain. Prior to my family planning, I was seeing a rheumatologist every 6 months and was taking medication that alleviated symptoms from the disease.

I gained well over 50 pounds while pregnant and was struggling with high blood pressure. I ended up giving birth to my daughter five weeks early due to high blood pressure. Like most new moms I suddenly found that I had very little time and was not eating correctly. A few months after her birth I began ID life and suddenly I didn't have to think about what I was eating. I knew that I was getting everything that my body needed just by making myself a shake.

Since starting ID life I have seen such a tremendous difference in my quality of life. ID Life started with a shake but jump started me living a healthier life all together – through exercise, vitamins, and looking at what I was putting into my body. Because of these changes I am no longer on blood pressure medication, I have also lost all of my baby weight and I'm now I'm 10 pounds lighter than I was before. But most importantly, my blood work has never looked better and I am off all Sjogren's auto immune medications and my rheumatologist states that he's never seen me healthier.

People are always asking me how I lost the weight and I'm always more than eager to tell them about ID life. When I found out about the recent transformation promotion, I saw this as an opportunity for me to become an ID life associate. I'm so excited to be able to share ID life with others. This product really can change your life.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of protein is used?

We use a proprietary blend of whey isolate, whey concentrate and whey peptides from hormone free grass-fed cows from New Zealand. Grass-fed cows produce milk with higher amounts of immune-supporting nutrients like alpha and beta lactalbumin, as well as conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) that promote heart health. This also gives our Shake a “cleaner” taste and reduces digestion issues such as water retention, stomach cramping, lethargy and a host of other discontenting conditions associated with cheaper protein brands.

What does Cold Filtration mean?

Our Shake goes through a Cold-Filtration process. The Cold-Filtration process is a procedure of separating the proteins through the use of micro-filtering the mass, all while using a cold or “chilled” process. These filters allow the protein to be removed from the unwanted fat and lactose. The process leaves the blend virtually fat and lactose free. Using the Cold-Filtration method, the overall protein is said to only be 0-3% denatured, in comparison to other proteins that can be denatured up to 15%. The Shake is very high in bioactive whey protein fractions, including immunoglobulin, lactoferrin and glycomacropeptides. In other words, the IDLife Shake is a better protein for users who want a higher protein percentage per serving.

Many companies sell casein protein and claim that the body absorbs it slower than whey, stating that it is good to take throughout the day and especially at night. Is this true?

The dictionary states: “Casein is a white, tasteless, odorless, milk and cheese protein that is used to make plastics, adhesives, paints, and foods.” Casein is a very cheap protein used by companies to offer pliability to protein bars, and to save money on the production of protein powders and other high protein products. Casein is also highly allergenic to many individuals and can be difficult to digest.

Is is safe to use Stevia in products?

Stevia was approved for sale in America in December 2008. We can’t classify it as a sweetener because it is classed by the FDA as a dietary supplement. This status may soon be changing as we have seen press releases indicating that it will soon be used in a wide variety of food-based products.

Why is Phenylalanine in Shake?

  • Phenylalanine is an essential natural amino acid from quality protein products with a “complete amino acid profile”. Some cheaper protein powders do not include all the essential amino acids, but our Shake does. Phenylalanine is found in the breast milk of mammals and is deemed essential, because without it, the body would have difficulty maintaining important neurotransmitters. Phenylalanine is the precursor of Tyrosine, which is needed to produce dopamine, epinephrine and adrenalin. It also has a positive effect on thyroid hormones. Phenylalanine is naturally found in the grass-fed, hormone-free whey used in the IDLife Shake.

Why have you added Chia to your Shake?

Chia is rich in nutrients, fiber, and Omega-3 fatty acids. Chia helps promote blood health, mental health, bone health, anti-aging, weight loss, and joint health. Therefore, when it interfuses with the protein and liquid, it creates a Superfood that stimulates your metabolism, nourishes your body and satisfies your hunger so you can quickly and easily reach your slimming goals without painful and ineffective diets. Our Chia has gone through a patented micro-milled technology that opens the seed without losing any of the nutritional properties. This micro-milled process makes the nutrition in Chia more “bio-available”, meaning it is easier for your body to absorb the nutrients.

Why do we need Omega-3 in our diet?

There are many health benefits of Omega-3 fatty acids. Research shows strong evidence that the Omega-3s can boost heart health and lower triglycerides. In general, Omega-3s are anti-inflammatory. There are studies showing that Omega-3 fatty acids may help with other conditions as well.

Can I lose weight eating Chia?

Chia contains high amounts of fiber (both soluble and insoluble), which is low in calories. Since Chia is highly hydrophilic (it absorbs water), it expands in the stomach; giving you a pleasant feeling of satiety or fullness, and if you feel full you’ll be less likely to overeat.

Is Chia good for people with arthritis?

Chia is very good for people with arthritis, or any type of joint pain, because it is high in omega-3 fatty acid and antioxidants, which are powerful anti-inflammatory agents.

There are many health benefits of Omega-3 fatty acids. Research shows strong evidence that the Omega-3s can boost heart health and lower triglycerides. In general, Omega-3s are anti-inflammatory. There are studies showing that Omega-3 fatty acids may help with other conditions as well.

Why is Chia great for diabetics?

Chia seeds slow the conversion rate of carbohydrates to sugar, thus helping to maintain healthy blood-sugar levels. According to Penni Shelton in her book, “Raw Food Cleanse”, Chia gel surrounds carbohydrates during digestion and slows the release of them into the blood stream and helps to moderate blood sugar levels.

Is it the fiber in Chia that helps with conditions like diverticulitis and IBS?

Yes, the fiber in Chia definitely aids in keeping the large intestine functioning properly, but roughage isn’t the only thing at work. Chia, which is highly hydrophilic, brings moisture to the large intestine. As it moves through the colon, it “irrigates” the intestine, keeping the contents moist and malleable.
